February 3

I was able to do all of the upward-facing dog poses without resorting to cobra! Woo-hoo!

When I woke up, I was so sore across my shoulders and back that I wasn't sure I wanted to work out on the 3rd at all. I did a bit of research and discovered that the culprit may be too little protein in my diet currently. If I add a mid-morning protein shake and a recovery drink after each workout, not just the weight workouts, I should start feeling less achiness.
